Design a bustling town with the help of NPC builders, foresters, researchers, doctors, and more. Many love this mod. Some hate it. Pro Tip: You do not have to use MineColonies. I repeat, you do not have to use MineColonies.

Furniture and decoration that fit the aesthetic of vanilla Minecraft. Includes functional beds and storage.

OpenBlocks Elevator

Simple, single-block elevators to conveniently traverse floors. Stand on the block, then press Space to go up or Shift to go down.

Domum Ornamentum

A required mod for MineColonies, but it can be used separately too. Craft an Architect's Cutter and combine different blocks to create new styles.

FTB Quests

BeanPack 3 includes plenty of quests (mostly derived from All The Mods 9) to help you learn the core mods of the pack. Open your inventory and look for the FTB Quests button at the top left of the screen to access the menu. Each time you complete a request, claim the reward.

When Dungeons Arise

Generates massive above-ground dungeons full of unique monsters and loot. Each type of dungeon found grants an achievement.

Dungeon Crawl

Same as above, but underground. The entrances, however, will generate above ground, so be on the lookout for strange stone structures.

Artifacts

Adds special artifacts which cannot be crafted, only found by exploring. Each one has its own magical power.

Makes all loot chests instanced per-player. That means any number of players can find the same chest and still get loot.

Small Ships

Craftable ships with varying speeds and storage capacities. Includes cogs, briggs, galleys, and drakkars. Cannons can be attached for sea warfare.

Easy sleeping on the go. Just three wool to craft a sleeping bag. Use a hammock to skip the day and go straight to night.

Silent Gear

Like Tinker's Construct without the smeltery. Combine different materials to create powerful tools, weapons, and armor with different abilities and buffs.

Sophisticated Storage

Adds customization and upgrades to chests, barrels, shulker boxes, and more. Use upgrades to filter items or increase the maximum capacity and stack size. Configure a container to show a certain block or item like Storage Drawers.

Sophisticated Backpacks

Craft a backpack to carry more stuff on your dungeon and mining expeditions. Includes many of the same upgrade types found in Sophisticated Storage.

Simple Hats

Find hats in chests or from grab bags. Keep the ones you like, and turn the rest into scrap to craft more grab bags. Some are incredibly rare. How many will you collect?

HT's TreeChop

Realistic tree chopping. Chop trees from the bottom. Bigger trees need more chops.

Cosmetic Armor Reworked

Protect yourself without sacrificing style. Creates separate armor slots for protection and cosmetics.

Easier Sleeping

Only 50% of online players have to be in a bed to skip the night.

Jade

Modern version of the Here's What You're Looking At mod. Tells you what you're looking at. Very useful for learning new mods.

AppleSkin

Shows your current hunger saturation and how much the food you're holding will fill your hunger. Useful info to have on a dungeon run.

Just Enough Items

Makes all the items in the pack easily searchable on the right side of your inventory. Hover over an item and press r to see how it's crafted or u to see how it's used. While at a crafting table, click the + next to a JEI recipe to populate the crafting grid (provided you have the materials).

FTB Chunks

Thanks to the JourneyMap Integration mod, JourneyMap includes a chunk claiming mode to make claims using FTB Chunks. See the Getting Started page for more info on chunk claiming.

FTB Teams

Required to claim chunks in FTB Chunks. Can also be used for team progression in FTB Quests if you choose.

Lightman's Currency

Biomes O' Plenty

Reduces memory usage. Can be removed if causing issues.

Sound Physics Remastered

More realistic sound physics, with reverb and absorption depending on block type.

Oculus

Despite the name, this has nothing to do with VR. This mod allows players to install shader packs and use shaders. If you don't plan on using shaders, feel free to remove this from your CurseForge profile.
